Charles has web design and leadership experience that ranges from building innovative small business web sites to managing the complete domain of a California State University. He brings over a decade of experience working on the web and is an expert in web standards and accessibility. His web designs are driven by thoughtful interaction, socialization and crystal-clear communication.
Charles has great design instincts, he's a natural. Always at the cutting edge of technology and inspired by trends in culture and fashion, he has the perfect perspective and skills for the evolving nature of web communication. He is currently the web manager for the Consultative Group on Biodiversity in San Francisco and is the lead web designer for PKDA when we are creating web sites.
